Pricing Guide 2024

  • ⧽ Welcome to my price guide for the 2024 season - this will give you an idea of costings for your eco stationery. Please contact me for your personalised quote, especially if you’re incorporating bespoke design elements.

    ⧽ I take on a limited number of stationery orders per year to ensure I give my total focus and attention to each couple. If you’d like to work with me, do book in early to avoid disappointment.

  • ⧽ All the materials I use are sustainable (biodegradable, recycled or recyclable). My most popular material choice is my wildflower seed card but you can browse my other card options here. All prices below are per item.

    ⧽ I have a minimum spend of £100 for your ‘Before the Day’ Items. E.g. Invitations.
    If you purchase Save the Dates or Invitations then you will receive £25 off your ‘On the Day’ stationery order as a thank you.
    (Minimum spend must be met).

    ⧽ I have a minimum spend of £200 for your ‘On the Day’ Items. E.g. Place names, menus etc.

    ⧽ I have a minimum spend of £50 for your ‘After the Day’ Items. E.g. Thank You Cards.

    ⧽ If you’d like to put a smaller order through, please visit my Etsy shop which has a small selection to choose from.

    ⧽ To secure your wedding date I simply require a £50 deposit that comes off your balance (non-refundable).

    ⧽ By getting in touch and placing an order, you agree that you have read and understood my terms and conditions at the bottom of this page.

  • ⧽ Samples of most items are available for a small cost & can be sent within 1-3 working days - please get in touch to request.

    ⧽ Rush orders (needed within 14 days) are available for 20% of the total order amount - please enquire to check availability & timeframes.

    ⧽ Secure postage is calculated once the final order is confirmed (but is usually between £8-20).

  • I’m happy to offer a bespoke watercolour and digital design service to add a really personal touch to your stationery (anything from simple florals to tipis, but the list is endless). Please enquire to chat through your vision and get a personalised quote. Prices range from £25 to £295.

    Please note I cannot copy anyone else’s work but I can acknowledge your inspiration and create my own uniquely styled design. I also don’t draw people.

    Can’t see what you’re looking for below? 99% of the time I can source your chosen size, colour, material etc. for a small cost, so do ask!

BELOVED CREATIONS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

Your order is not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been paid. Even if we have communicated via email and a quote/invoice has been sent, you have not secured your order until the deposit is paid in full (the deposit is non-refundable). The remaining balance will be due before your order is dispatched or collected. No items will be sent until this final payment has been received. I will always invoice you for your items (payment terms are between 7-21 days depending on the order).

Prices on my website are subject to change (however I will always honour the prices stated in any email exchanges). I have a minimum spend which is stated at the top of this page.

Delivery costs to you are calculated when the final invoice is created - this is usually between £10-£20 for UK orders and £75-85 for USA orders.

Order cancellations are not accepted at any stage after the deposit is taken - no refund can be given at any stage due to the behind-the-scenes work I have already done.


DESIGN + PROOFS

I will always send a digital preview of your order before it is created. It is your (as the client) responsibility to triple check the spelling, grammar, design, layout and format of your stationery is exactly as you’d like it. I am not responsible for any errors (caused my Amy or client) once the preview has been approved by you - I highly recommend asking another trusted person to check over before approving. If I have started on your order and either you or I notice a mistake, then the new materials will need to be paid for by the client (if required).

Clients must adhere to the timelines that Beloved Creations provides via email. If not, the order may not be produced in time. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure proofs are approved, and final payments are made, within Beloved Creations’ provided deadlines.

Due to the handmade nature of my work, each item is unique and may have slight variations from piece to piece and from the digital preview sent. This is part of the charm of a handmade item - no two items are the same.

If you are sending me a document for me to take information from (e.g. a Word document with names on for place settings), then the wording must be exactly as you would like it, for example rosie / Rosie / Rosie T / Rosie Takely.


PRINT FINISH

Your physical, finalised stationery will be matched as closely as possible to the digital proof and/or sample designs, however there can be minor variances in print colour vs. computer screen colour. If you are worried about this, please order a sample from me.

If any items are received damaged from the post, please send a clear photo within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

If extra items are required at a later date to the original order, please note there could be a slight printing variance. The price for smaller orders will also be a lot higher too, due to the low volume of the order so please consider ordering extras if possible in the initial order.

Beloved Creations retains rights and copyright to all artwork and design on this website (www.belovedcreations.co), Instagram (@belovedcreations.co) and anywhere else Beloved Creations’ designs appear. Any reproduction of artwork is strictly prohibited. Designs cannot be reproduced or copied for any reason without written consent by Amy.

If you are sending inspiration for your bespoke design, this is fine, but I will never copy another artist’s design.

Beloved creations reserves the right to reproduce elements of your bespoke design for other clients and/or a House Collection.

If you are using material such as poems, readings or church hymns, it is your responsibility to get permission to use it. It is not the responsibility of Amy/Beloved Creations.

Please let me know via email (hello@belovedcreations.co) if you do not want me to use pictures of your purchased items in a promotional manner (website and social media).
