What do you offer?

My main offering is sustainable Wedding Stationery & Handmade Signage. You can see my price-list to browse my offerings - I also offer a bespoke design service and create almost anything, just send me your inspiration.

Is your business sustainable?

Yes! Being eco-conscious is at the heart of what Beloved Creations does. Not only do we want to protect the environment, we want to make a positive impact, which is why we plant at least one tree per order and only sustainable and biodegradable materials are used.


What seeds are in your wildflower card?

The mix of British wildflower seeds in the card includes daisy, forget-me-not, poppy, rudbeckia, baby’s breath & black-eyed Susan - this will vary according to each batch of card. Please note you usually can’t send this type of card abroad but I can substitute another material for those.


How far in advance shall I reach out?

Please reach out as soon as you know roughly what you’d like, as slots book up quickly throughout the year. For ‘On the Day’ items, please contact me at least 8 weeks before your event date. Occasionally I have capacity for last minute rush orders, so it’s always worth asking (they do incur an extra charge)! Everything is handmade with love in my London studio by me (Amy) so I appreciate as much notice as possible.


What’s the process?

I have a page outlining the order process here. But here’s the gist… Firstly, get in touch through my contact page so we can discuss your wedding or event needs - I may suggest a phone call if there are lots of details to go over. I can then provide a quote. To secure the booking/time in my diary I require a small deposit (which is non-refundable).

The timeline depends on what you have ordered but I will generally ask for your final wording/layouts around 6-8 weeks before you require your order and will send digital previews of every item for your approval before I create anything.

Your final balance will be due around 4 weeks before your wedding day. Once everything is created, I will lovingly pack your order ready for dispatch/collection. I will ensure your items are with you 10 days before your wedding.


When do I need to provide final numbers/details?

I know that some numbers/details are likely to change slightly closer to the wedding date and that’s totally fine! When you first get in touch, just provide rough numbers. You can let me know final numbers closer to your wedding date. Table plans are notorious for changing at the last minute but I can cater to this - don’t worry!

Can I change or add items once ordered?

Usually yes as I print a lot of items in-house but if something has already been printed then it would incur an extra charge. Please ask me as each situation is different. I will always help where possible.


Can you create bespoke/custom suites?

Absolutely! I offer a watercolour illustration service/line drawings and we can work together to create a completely unique design. Prices range from £25-295 for this service, please enquire for further details.


Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, I offer 3 different packages (for both ‘before’ and ‘on’ the day) which you’ll receive 10% off standard pricing when ordering a full package. You can browse my essentials, premium and lux packages here.
