W H O I A M

Hi, I’m Amy - welcome to my creative world! Firstly, a little fact about my business name - ‘Beloved’ actually means Amy in Latin. I found this out when I was younger & it has stuck with me ever since. It felt fitting to use it in my brand name as everything is created by me and centres around love. I’m 31 and live in SW London with my fiancée and fluffy cat Fred.

W H A T I D O

I’ve always found joy in design (I was a DT geek at school!) but my creative business journey officially started in 2018 when I joined a calligraphy course in London - it felt wonderful to be learning such a beautiful craft and I knew straight away that it was something I wanted to explore. In early 2020, I started an Instagram account selling bespoke modern calligraphy and watercolour cards.

Fast forward and my work has evolved into what it is today - designing and creating eco-wedding stationery and signage, and I am so proud to say that my passion has become my work!

W H Y I D O I T

I gain real inspiration from the green spaces I’m surrounded by - appreciating nature is at the heart of what I do. I don’t just want to be eco-friendly, I want to give back to the planet. One big way is by donating to One Tree Planted each quarter (and so far over 700 trees have been planted!) I also love making meaningful connecting with other humans so getting to work with couples makes me happy.

When I’m not busy working, in my spare time you'll find me keeping active, cooking up new recipes and watching 90’s movies. I love a chat so please say hi!
